If I leave the building during a show, can I return?
No. Once inside the building there is no exit and re-entry.

Can you scan my ticket off my phone if I wasn't able to print it off?

Yep! Just pull up the QR Code provided by Ticket Leap and we'll scan you in.

Is there VIP ticketing for the event?
If there is not an option offered via Ticket Leap, please check the Artist’s website to see if there is a VIP option available through a fan club.

Can I purchase alcohol at Furnace 41?
Patrons of legal drinking age can purchase alcohol from our full service bars inside of Furnace 41. All patrons who wish to drink must furnish a photo ID for age verification upon entry of the venue.

Do you serve food?
Yes!!! We serve food as long as there are people in the venue. Check out our full menu on the Menu tab.

Can I bring food or drinks from home to the show?
No. We are unable to permit outside food or drink to be brought into Furnace 41, including bottled water. We serve food, non-alcoholic, and alcoholic beverages at locations throughout the facility.

Can I bring a backpack?
Large bags and backpacks are not permitted inside of Furnace 41. A small purse is permitted. To ensure the safety of all our guests, all bags are subject to search upon entering.

What should I leave at home or in my car?
The following items are prohibited from the venue and its property:

No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm
No replicas of any type of weapon are permitted
No drugs, drug paraphernalia or illegal substances of any kind
No outside food or beverages (including water)
No umbrellas
No sharpies/markers/paint pens
No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers unless approved by Artists or their management
No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
No drawstring, backpacks, Camelbaks, Bota bags, or large bags
All purses and acceptable bags are subject to search prior to entry
This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management

I lost something, how do I get it back?
Please email info@furnace41.com with a description of the item as well as which show you were attending when it was lost. If anything has been turned in, you will be contacted with details on how to get it back. You may also ask our staff and we'll check if anything has been turned in fitting the description of the lost item.

Privacy Policy

House Policies

Valid Form of ID
All patrons wishing to drink alcohol must present a valid form of identification before entering the venue. In addition, ALL patrons must have a valid form of identification to enter events with age restrictions. We will deny entry to anyone presenting fraudulent identification. No refunds.

Smoking Policy

Furnace 41 is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is permitted on the outdoor patio.
Electronic/Vapor smoking devices are NOT permitted to be used inside the venue or building. Use of these items are welcome on the patio.

Stage Diving / Crowd Surfing
Stage diving and/or crowd surfing will result in immediate ejection from a concert.

Re-Entry
Re-Entry is not allowed. We do allow exceptions on a case by case scenario. Please see Furnace 41 staff for special request re-entry.

Open Tabs
An automatic gratuity of 18% will be added to all open tabs which are left at the bar after closing. Our bar tenders thank you!

Searching
Furnace 41 reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enters the premises. In addition, Furnace 41 reserves the right to determine, on a case by case basis, which items are not permitted to be on premises.

Weapons
The possession of all firearms and other weapons (including concealed firearms) on our premises is strictly prohibited. You will be asked to leave the property. No refunds.

Camera / Recording
Camera and Recording policies are dictated by the artist and are based on a show by show basis. Please see the specific show on the shows page for any additional information we may have. Please remember: Camera policies may be changed at the last minute by the Artist. We reserve the right to restrict camera use on the premises.

Can I take pictures at the show?

Professional photography equipment (with detachable or zoom lenses), digital cameras, disposable cameras, Go-Pros, and even Polaroids are not permitted without an appropriate media or photo pass. If you want to take pictures or video with these types of cameras, you would need to get permission from the band and have a photo or video pass.

How do I get a photo pass or schedule an interview with the band?
Requests for media credentials should be handled through an artist's management company. Furnace 41 is not responsible for scheduling interviews or arranging for photo passes as we do not represent the bands.

What if I don’t want a photo pass, I just want to bring my camera for memories?
Only phone cameras with NO FLASH are permitted for patrons to bring, unless otherwise arranged with the Artist’s publicist and manager.

Do you allow smoking in the venue?
Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. You may smoke on the patio which serves as our dedicated smoking section.

Are your venues indoors?
Yes they are. We'll protect you from the crazy outdoor weather.

Is there an opener for my event?
Announced openers are posted on the event listing on our page.

Do you host private events at your venue?
We sure do! Plan your next wrap party, corporate gathering, happy hour or whatever else you've got up your sleeve at Furnace 41. Check out our Rental tab, fill out the form, and we will contact you to answer any questions you may have.

How do I rent a room / book an Artist?
Please visit the Rentals tab for all rental inquiries. Please visit the Contact tab for booking information. Once you make a request our staff will contact you.

How do I apply for employment?
Currently the only way to apply for a position is to apply in person, at the venue, during normal hours of operation. Just ask to see the manager on duty and we will provide you with an application. When a position becomes available we work through the existing backlog of applications as they were received.

It says a show is sold out. Is it really?
If we post that a show is sold out...it's sold out. No more tickets will be sold for any sold out events.

If a show says sold out online, are there tickets held for the door?
No, we don't hold tickets for the door. Sold out is sold out.

For a sold out show, if someone doesn’t show up can I have their place?
There is no way to truly know if someone will or will not come to an event so no we cannot and will not resell their tickets.

What do I do if my show is cancelled?
If a show is cancelled we will be as prompt as possible in posting it. You must go to the point of purchase for resolution. If your ticket was bought from Ticket Leap, you’ll need to contact them. If you bought it in person at the weekday box office, stop by. If you bought it from a third party site, you’ll need to go through them.

Is Furnace 41 handicap accessible?
Yes we are! Guests with special needs can contact the venue through our Contact page to let us know ahead of time how we can make your experience more enjoyable. You are also welcome to show up for your event and our Furnace 41 staff will provide any assistance you may need.

Where is Will Call?
Will Call is located inside the main entrance. You must show valid ID to receive the ticket and enter the premises.

Can I change the name on my will call ticket?
No. If someone else is picking up the ticket at will call, you have to send them a picture of your ID so we can verify they they are there to pick up your ticket.

Can I purchase unclaimed tickets from Will Call?
No. We cannot sell you someone else's tickets.

How do I purchase tickets?
All online ticket purchasing links go to Ticketleap. You may also purchase physical tickets from the bands or at the venue during an event.

I want to transfer tickets that I bought online to someone else. How does that work?
Ticketleap is our official ticketing service provider. Please check out their website for any questions regarding your online ticket purchase.

How do I avoid Ticketleap fees?
If you are attending a show you can purchase tickets for another show at Furnace 41. You can also purchase tickets from bands that have physical tickets. Advance prices end the day before the concert takes place. Purchasing tickets day of show (subject to availability) will be subject to the Day of Show ticket price.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. And cash...cash is king!

The band said they put me on "The List". Can you check for me?

Sometimes guest lists won’t be received until the very last moment so have the person who made the arrangement meet with you. Once you are cleared by event staff then you'll be allowed entrance.

What does All Ages mean?
This means there is no limit on how young or old you can be to attend. Even children still in the womb. An event will be noted on our listings if there is an age restriction. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be allowed inside the venue after 11 PM.

Does my child need a ticket to come with me to the show?
Yes. All patrons of any age require a ticket for admission to the Furnace 41.

What if I'm under 18 and still want to come to a show?
Check the event info of the show you're interested in. If a show is 18+ and you are under 18, you can still attend if you are accompanied by a parent with valid ID. However, any person under the age of 21 is not allowed in the venue after 11 PM.

The Information We Collect

We use the Ticketleap platform to sell tickets on our site. Website visitors who purchase tickets through Ticketleap must provide certain personal information to Ticketleap in order to complete the transactions. We have limited access to this information, and we do not store the information or sell it to third parties. Ticketleap collects and shares the personal information provided by consumers according to its privacy policy. Ticketleap’s privacy policy describes broad data collection and use practices. Furnace 41 has put in place appropriate measures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect on our site. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
